IDWedgePro Major Version Software Upgrade

Upgrade to the latest version of IDWedge Pro.

Existing IDWedgePro owners, without an active maintenance plan, can upgrade to the current version of IDWedgePro using the original activation code.  Add a maintenance plan for future major version upgrades and technical support.

To retrieve the original activation code – visit – https://customersite.tokenworks.net, select Email License Keys, and enter the email address used during the purchase process.

Your IDWedge Pro software license upgrade is a perpetual license that is bound to a single system / single user.
When you purchase your license upgrade, you purchase a software license to use the latest current major version of the IDWedgePro software.

The optional Maintenance Plan entitles you to technical support and free future major version upgrades.

What is the yearly maintenance plan?

For example, if you purchase IDWedge Pro in May 2021, you would be purchasing IDwedgePro v2.1. When you purchase the Yearly Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to receive free upgrades to future versions of IDWegePro, while your maintenance plan is active. For example, when IDWedgePro v3.0 is released, you would be able to upgrade to IDWedgePro v3.0 at no cost. Without the maintenance plan, you would need to purchase an upgrade to the new version. Additionally, without a maintenance plan, you are entitled to 3 months of email technical support starting from the date of purchase.
If you need support without a maintenance plan, you must purchase a Support Incident.
When you purchase the Yearly Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to receive support while the maintenance plan is active by email, phone, or via screen sharing sessions.
