Return the product for any reason within two weeks for a full refund – no questions asked.
We warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. If it fails during the first year due to a manufacturing defect, then we will fix it for free.
All of our products are easy to set-up and easy to use.
Yes, we think it is best to avoid the middlemen and dealers and get your product direct from the source. All Tokenworks products are developed and assembled at our Bronxville, NY headquarters. We offer a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

No, Software updates are free and included with the purchase. This alone is worth $100 to $200 per year when compared to our competitors’ upgrade fees.
