When combined with a hardware IDWedge®Pro scanner (sold separately), the IDWedge®Pro form filler solution scans drivers licenses, ID cards, credit cards and other magnetic striped cards and fills multiple computer forms with information from the card. It automatically recognizes and populates forms in multiple PC applications, allowing different applications to share the same ID scanner. Your IDWedge Pro software license is a perpetual license that is bound to a single system / single user.
When you purchase your license, you purchase a license to perpetually use the current version of the software.
Additional 20%/year for Maintenance Plan (entitles you to technical support and free upgrades after the 3 months included with purchase)
What is the yearly maintenance plan?
For example, if you purchase IDWedge Pro in May 2021, you would be purchasing IDwedgePro v2.1.
When you purchase the Yearly Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to receive free upgrades to future versions of IDWegePro, while your maintenance plan is active. For example, when IDWedgePro v3.0 is released, you would be able to upgrade to IDWedgePro v3.0 at no cost. Without the maintenance plan, you would need to purchase an upgrade to the new version.
Additionally, without a maintenance plan, you are entitled to 3 months of email technical support starting from the date of purchase.
If you need support without a maintenance plan, you must purchase a Support Incident.
When you purchase the Yearly Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to receive support while the maintenance plan is active by email, phone or via screen sharing sessions.
