IDVisor Z22 on Tap at University of Portland

Pilot House renovated bar with IDVisor Z22November 2015 – The University of Portland in Portland, Oregon has recently obtained a Tokenworks IDVisor Z22 to scan identification cards and verify a patron’s age. The IDVisor Z22 will be used mainly at the newly renovated on-campus café and bar, Pilot House, and will allow bartenders to quickly and accurately assess a license from any of the 50 states using either the card’s bar code or magnetic stripe. The scanner includes an ‘anti pass-back’ feature, to detect an ID that’s being shared, as well as an ‘eighty-six’ feature that allows a bartender to flag or tag IDs of particular patrons.
