Active Sync - Mobile Center
Trouble Shooting
First Determine version of the Windows operating
system running - do the following:

Click on the Start button
-
Move cursor to "My Computer" icon and right click
a menu will pop up
-
From pop up menu, select properties.
-
An about screen will pop up and show the version
of operating system
-
Determine if its Windows XP, 2000, Vista or
Windows 7.
-
See if it is a 32 bit or 64 bit operating
system
