This packages come standard with age verification software and include a duplicate ID detector. Package include everything needed to start checking IDs. Just remove from package, install battery or plug in, turn on, set clock and starting checking likenesses!

IDVisor^® Z22 MSR (Magnetic Stripe Reader) is a ruggedized handheld ID scanner is a scaled down version of our Z22 Mobile product where we've removed the 2D Bar Code scanner. This product is prefect in states which have a magnetic stripe and for venues which see mainly an in-state cliental.

The IDVisor Z22 MSR will only work in the following states ( AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, NH, NM, PA, SC, TX, VT, (CAN- ON ) plus with Canadian National Health ID. If your not in one of these states or see lots of out of state visitors, see our Z22 Mobile product.

Its a perfect for security guards that require a low cost, mobile ID Checker to quickly check patron's age and record valuable transaction data. A ruggedized design means the unit can withstand a 3 foot drop onto a concrete floor and keep working, important where security personal are concerned. Its very easy to use, just turn it on and scan or swipe a license. Displays Intuitive Martini Glass/Cigarette Icons when under 21 and/or under 18 alarm events. A bright color display makes reviewing the data a breeze. It reads and decodes driver licenses and state issued IDs with magnetic stripes from the states listed above. Built in Li-Ion batteries recharge in about 3 hours and will easily last an entire night's use. Just recharge at the end of the night or leave it plugged in all the time.

Check the Coverage Chart - look for your state and see if it has a magnetic stripe on the license to see if this product will read licenses in your state.

Note: If your in a state with a 2D bar code, then you'll need the IDVisor Z22 Mobile which has both a 2D Bar Code & Magnetic Stripe reader.
